  Having suffered with a shoulder injury for several months, I was put in touch with Dave from Principle Physiotherapy. After an initial consultation, to find the route of the pain and best course of treatment, I commenced a block of physiotherapy working on functional movement. This included manual therapy aswell as an exercise programme to regain mobility and strength. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding and within my block of therapy I was completely pain free and back to training as before. I would highly recommend.
